Mr. Kong has extensive experience in wholesaling and e-commerce business, especially in corss border e-commerce as well as logistic industry. Mr. Kong has also been a successful segment investor in pharmaceutical industry as well as some reputable high technology companies since 2008. Mr. Kong holds a Master of Science in Engineering Enterprise Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta. He also possesses the professional title of Intermediate Economist.

Mr. Zhao has served as our Chief Financial Officer since August 2011. From September 2010 to July 2011, Mr. Zhao was a senior manager at CFO Oncall, Inc., a financial consulting firm providing CFO services to U.S.-listed, China-based publicly traded companies. From December 2006 through August 2010, Mr. Zhao was a senior auditor at Sherb & Co., LLP. From January through June 2003, Mr. Zhao worked as a financial analyst at Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Zhao is a licensed certified public accountant. Mr. Zhao graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central University of Finance and Economic in Beijing in July 1999, and obtained a master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Washington in December 2002.
